Individual Psi Beta members may replace a lost or damaged certificate, or a certificate with an incorrectly spelled name due to a misspelled (or illegible) name on the registration form. $13 each including shipping and handling.? NOTE: If you recently joined, your chapter’s primary advisor should have your certificate ? please don’t order a replacement certificate before you check with your advisor to see if your advisor has your original membership certificate.
